Angola state-owned airline TAAG will expand its operations from Luanda to Sao Paulo in Brazil, as of 5 November, increasing flights on this route from three to four weekly frequencies.
According to a statement, TAAG will strengthen its overall programming of domestic and international flights.
In line with this aim, Cabinda (Angola), Maputo (Mozambique), Windhoek (Namibia) and Sao Paulo (Brazil) will see an increase in the frequency of operations, which will take place in stages.
Cabinda
Increase from 24 to 26 weekly frequencies as of 13 August, operated by B737-700. The additional flights will be on Saturdays and Sundays.
Sao Paulo
Increase from 3 to 4 weekly frequencies as of 5 November, operated by the B777-300. The additional flights will be on Saturdays.
Maputo
Increase from 3 to 4 frequencies per week, starting from 2 October, operated by the B737-700. The additional flight will be on Sundays.
Windhoek
Increase from 3 to 4 frequencies per week from 2 October, operated by Dash 8-Q400. The additional flight will be on Sundays.
