The event, now in its 5th edition, brings together entrepreneurs, managers, and aspiring businesspeople in Luanda for an exchange of experiences.
The 5th edition of the Christian Conference on Business Growth will bring together various businessmen, managers, and aspiring entrepreneurs on November 30th of this year to share experiences and provide tools and principles that create a difference in people’s lives and businesses.
Taking place amidst pessimism and panic about the present and future of Angola’s economy, the conference will discuss topics related to the country’s economy, leadership, personal development, management, finance, and other sectors with significant growth potential for small, medium, and large businesses.
Discussions will also focus on topics such as “Jesus’ Leadership Model for Entrepreneurs,” “Challenges and Opportunities in Agribusiness,” “The Role of the Credit Guarantee Fund in the Economic Diversification Process,” “Business Resilience in Challenging Economic Cycles,” and “The Role of the Stock Exchange in Wealth Generation and the Characteristics of Entrepreneurs Who Thrive in Challenging Times.”
Isaac Cangundo, president of the executive committee of the Christian Conference on Business Growth, to be held under the theme “Angola, a Beacon of Hope” at a hotel in Luanda, emphasized that this year’s event primarily aims to revive hope within the Angolan business community.
“We need to rebuild our strength to drive the country’s economy forward. Angola is a virgin country; there is room for growth in all sectors of the economy. We must focus on creating scalable businesses with high added value along the coast and in the interior of the country. Our future lies in the economic development of this nation,” added the business leader.
Among the speakers at this edition are Pastor Mário Boto from Portugal, Executive Director of the Credit Guarantee Fund, Eduardo Mohamed, Arão Guerreiro, CEO of Bonsai, one of the largest rice producers in Angola, Felisberto Capamba, CEO of IALTURC – ANGOLA, one of the largest wheat and pasta producers, Vando Matias, CEO of Royal Crown, a business group operating in various sectors of the economy and winner of the Food and Beverages category at FILDA 2024, Paulo Correia, CEO of Madz Global, a Securities Brokerage, and Venâncio Vicente, high-performance mentor.
