The President of the Republic has approved, through direct contracting, the construction of a vocational training pavilion for arts and crafts in the commune of Ramiros, municipality of Belas, as well as two construction projects for offices of the Integrated Citizen Service Center (SIAC) — one in Luanda, in Kilamba, and another in Bié, in the city of Cuito.
According to the document signed by the Head of State, the goal is for these infrastructures to “promote the integration of young people into the job market through vocational training” and to “ensure greater proximity of public services to citizens and businesses.”
The construction, supervision, and equipping of the SIAC buildings in Kilamba (Luanda) and Cuito (Bié province) are each estimated to cost 10.5 billion kwanzas.
The construction, supervision, and equipping of the vocational training pavilion in arts and crafts in the commune of Ramiros (Belas municipality) is budgeted at approximately 1.1 billion kwanzas.
The President has delegated authority to the Minister of Public Administration, Labor, and Social Security to approve the procedural documents, as well as to verify the validity and legality of all actions taken — including the conclusion and signing of the corresponding contracts.
