Ukrainian Foreign Minister Visits Angola to Consolidate Support

The Ukrainian Foreign Minister will visit Angola this week as part of a tour across African and Arab countries to promote the peace formula and strengthen humanitarian and energy support for Ukraine.

Andrii Sybiha will visit four countries in the Arab and African regions on behalf of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to “promote the Peace Formula, develop political dialogue, consolidate humanitarian and energy support for Ukraine, and expand commercial and economic cooperation,” according to a press release from the Ukrainian ministry.

The Foreign Minister will visit Angola on October 24 and 25, following a stop in Oman, where he is expected to hold discussions with several high-ranking Angolan officials and meet with Ukrainians living in Angola.

On October 27 and 28, Andrii Sybiha will travel to South Africa to meet with South African authorities, business leaders, prominent experts, and the Ukrainian community in Johannesburg.

Before that, on October 26, the minister will visit Egypt, with talks scheduled with senior officials and the leadership of the Arab League.
