The award is part of the tributes given to various personalities as part of the celebrations marking the 50th anniversary of Angola&#8217;s Independence.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"449\" data-end=\"748\">Born in Brazil, Minoru Dondo settled in Angola in 1984, helping to facilitate the purchase of basic food supplies during the civil war.
