Angola received a total score of <strong data-start=\"3314\" data-end=\"3330\">49.00 points<\/strong>, placing it well below the global average and behind several other African nations.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"\" data-start=\"3416\" data-end=\"3460\"><strong data-start=\"3421\" data-end=\"3460\">Travel freedom is the main obstacle<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3462\" data-end=\"3808\">Angolan passport holders have access to only <strong data-start=\"3507\" data-end=\"3536\">64 destinations worldwide<\/strong> \u2014 including 21 visa-free countries, 38 countries offering visa on arrival, and 5 destinations requiring electronic travel authorization (eTA). In contrast, top-ranking countries like <strong data-start=\"3720\" data-end=\"3758\">Ireland, Switzerland, and Portugal<\/strong> offer visa-free access to over <strong data-start=\"3790\" data-end=\"3807\">180 countries<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"\" data-start=\"3810\" data-end=\"3855\"><strong data-start=\"3815\" data-end=\"3855\">Taxation system is a positive aspect<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3857\" data-end=\"4109\">Despite its overall low ranking, Angola performs moderately well in the <strong data-start=\"3929\" data-end=\"3941\">taxation<\/strong> category, earning <strong data-start=\"3960\" data-end=\"3973\">40 points<\/strong> due to its policy of <strong data-start=\"3995\" data-end=\"4045\">not taxing foreign income of resident citizens<\/strong> \u2014 an attractive feature for expats and international investors.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"\" data-start=\"4111\" data-end=\"4163\"><strong data-start=\"4116\" data-end=\"4163\">Other factors keep Angola at a disadvantage<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4165\" data-end=\"4476\">In the areas of <strong data-start=\"4181\" data-end=\"4242\">global perception, dual citizenship, and personal freedom<\/strong>, Angola scored just <strong data-start=\"4263\" data-end=\"4276\">30 points<\/strong> each. The Irish passport stood out for its <strong data-start=\"4685\" data-end=\"4706\">global acceptance<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"4708\" data-end=\"4736\">competitive tax policies<\/strong>,
