The instrument relating to Block 3\/05 had been published earlier.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction provides for Afentra to acquire additional interests currently held by Etu Energias. Sonangol Exploration &amp; Production, operator of both blocks, has also decided to take part in the process, alongside France\u2019s Maurel &amp; Prom.<\/p>\n<p>Completion of the transaction is expected after the required technical, legal and administrative procedures have been concluded.
